As per regulations framed under the Indian Medical Act-1956 as amended in 2023 and the Dentist Act-1948 as amended in 2023, admissions in 100% seats of MBBS/BDS will be done through NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG) 2023 in Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India /Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India except for the Institutions established through an Act of Parliament i.e. NEET Punducherry.

No. there is no need to submit original certificates but candidate must produce original certificates/documents on the day of admission for their verifications, failing which candidate shall not be considered for admission. Two sets of self-attested copies of the certificates/documents are required to be submitted at the time of physical counselling as detailed in the admission brochure. The same should be collected back by the student soon after physical counselling.

Ans. Yes. Aadhaar Card number is mandatory for all candidates. Without submitting the Aadhaar Card number, the candidates will not be able to move forward in the application process.

Take the print out of your confirmation page in next 24 hours as there could be delay in updation of fees on NIC server from your gateway payment. This updation is done within 24 hours maximum. Thereafter if the confirmation page is still not generated, pay the fees once again and take the printout of the confirmation page. The excess fee paid will be automatically refunded in your account. If the problem is still not resolved, contact your respective banks for further clarification.

Ans. Yes, both PAPER-1 and PAPER-2 are compulsory. If a candidate is absent in any of the papers, then the candidate will be considered as absent in JEE (Advanced)-2023.

Ans. As per the CBSE, it holds no responsibility in determining any of the NEET eligibility rules and is only acting under instructions of the Medical Council of India (MCI). Unless the MCI changes the admission rules through NEET, the CBSE is powerless.

If a candidate has passed Class 12th/ Equivalent qualifying examination from one state but appeared for improvement from another state, his/her state code of eligibility will be from where he/she has originally passed Class 12th/ Equivalent qualifying examination and not the state from where he/she has appeared for improvement. Indian nationals passing the equivalent qualifying examination from an institution abroad, the State of Eligibility will be determined on the basis of permanent address in India as given in the Passport of the candidate. Candidate passed/appearing class 12th from NIOS should select the State of Eligibility according to the state in which the study Centre is located. The State of Eligibility is not applicable for the candidates belonging to Nepal /Bhutan/Foreign/OCI/PIO.
Ans. NO. You will be considered absent in JEE (Advanced)-2023 and the result will not be prepared/declared. It is compulsory to appear in both the papers for result preparation.

- 1 . Fee Refund of Scholarship Test: No refund of any Scholarship Test Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
- 2. Registration/ Admission/ Study Material Fee Refund: No refund of Registration /Admission/ Study Material Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
- 3. Fee Refund of Test Series, DLP & Short Term Course: No fee refund of these type courses will be made under any circumstances after joining the Short Term Classroom Courses.
- 4. Refund Before Start of Course: If any student pays the fee for any course other than Test Series, DLP & Short Term Program and wants to withdraw for refund before the commencement of classes/course in the Institute, the first installment of Tuition Fee paid will be refunded along with PDCs submitted (if any). The Registration/ Admission fee will not be refunded.
